How to Use

Place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve completely before swallowing. Take one strip a day, whenever you need it. Do not take more than one strip per day. Store in a cool, dry place.

Full Ingredients

Mushroom blend per strip: Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) 30 mg, Maitake (Grifola frondosa) 25 mg, Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) 25 mg, Shiitake (Lentinus edodes) 20 mg.

Other ingredients: Pullulan, Cellulose, Lecithin, Chocolate Flavor, Monk Fruit Extract, Medium-Chain Triglycerides, Xanthan Gum, Steviol Glycosides.

Flavor: Chocolate. 30 oral strips per tin.

Caution: Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.

It was really good. I really liked how the packaging looked and how the effects of it are. It's super convenient and I would highly recommend this. I'm not much of a caffeine drinker, so this is probably one of the best ways to ingest caffeine, in my opinion.

I'll be honest, I was a bit sceptical at first. I didn't see how a little strip on your tongue was going to make much of a difference. I tried the Energy one first though and felt noticeably more alert, so I was pleasantly surprised. The taste is really good too. Chocolate is my favourite, with the berry one a close second. It's a good, simple product. I'm a busy person, so having something easy that gives me a bit of a buzz when I'm under the pump is ideal. Would definitely use them again.
