How to Use

Place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve completely before swallowing. Take one strip a day, whenever you need it. Do not take more than one strip per day. Store in a cool, dry place.

Full Ingredients

Active ingredients per strip: Caffeine (from green tea) 50 mg, L-Theanine 30 mg, Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1,000 mcg.

Other ingredients: Pullulan, Mannitol, Cellulose, Cranberry Flavor, Lecithin, Malic Acid, Pectin, Erythritol, Steviol Glycosides.

Flavor: Cranberry. 30 oral strips per tin.

It was really good. I really liked how the packaging looked and how the effects of it are. It's super convenient and I would highly recommend this. I'm not much of a caffeine drinker, so this is probably one of the best ways to ingest caffeine, in my opinion.

I'll be honest, I was a bit sceptical at first. I didn't see how a little strip on your tongue was going to make much of a difference. I tried the Energy one first though and felt noticeably more alert, so I was pleasantly surprised. The taste is really good too. Chocolate is my favourite, with the berry one a close second. It's a good, simple product. I'm a busy person, so having something easy that gives me a bit of a buzz when I'm under the pump is ideal. Would definitely use them again.
