Weekday strips are thin films that dissolve on your tongue. Each tin has 30 strips, and there are three kinds: Energy, Focus and Relax.

Put one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve before you swallow. Take no more than one strip of each product a day.

The Workday bundle is built around one of each: Energy in the morning, Focus for deep work and Relax for winding down during your day. Don't take more than one strip of each product a day. If you're pregnant, nursing, under 18 or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before using any supplement.

Each Energy strip has 50 mg of caffeine from green tea. Focus and Relax have no added caffeine. You can see every ingredient on our Ingredients page.

Energy tastes like cranberry, Focus like chocolate and Relax like strawberry-peppermint.

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military (APO, FPO and DPO) addresses.

Standard shipping is $5.29 and express is $9.99.

Orders ship within 1 to 5 business days. After that, standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days and express takes 1 to 3. We'll email you a tracking link once your order is on its way. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more.

If your order arrives damaged or you get the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days. For health and safety reasons, we can't take back opened products.
